HORSES FOR SALE or LEASE
We have several horses available for full or partial lease and options available to suit riders of all levels. Leasing a horse is a great way to introduce young adults and children to the responsibility of owning a horse without incurring the expense of full ownership. Should their interests change, it is much easier to end a lease than ending ownership. Lease specifics vary, depending on the horses owner, but typically the horse is 100% available to only you on the days specified in your lease. Some horses may be available for competing in local shows or taken off the property for trail riding, while others must remain on the property at all times. Typically you will provide your own tack and grooming equipment, provided the tack fits the horse appropriately. Other additional expenses may be required, again this will vary. Please contact the person listed with each available horse for more details regarding a specific lease arrangement.
Horses available for sale are noted in their descriptions below. In addition to any horse we have on the property for sale, we also offer the service of finding your perfect match! This is an invaluable service especially for first time buyers as we can manage the entire process from the beginning search to ensuring soundness to negotiations, to arranging transportation if required. REMINGTON
Remington (Remi) is now available for a part-time lease! Remi is a beautiful white Irish Thoroughbred who is talented in Dressage and appropriate for intermediate and advanced riders. ARROW
Arrow is a super sweet and kind registered Tennessee Walker. His a Sorrel and white Tobiano and is now available for full or partial lease! He is primarily a western pleasure and trail horse but is talented and athletic enough to do just about anything! He is appropriate for an intermediate/advanced rider only at this time. WIEGEN
Wiegen is the sweetest guy. He is an 8 year old thoroughbred who was originally trained as a polo pony, and now is an all around horse appropriate for ANY level of rider in ANY discipline. He is consistently calm and level headed and always makes good decisions. He stands approximately 16hh and is a dark bay and has no health or soundness issues. His is currently one of the stars in our kids' lesson program safely carrying riders as young as 6 on the flat and over small fences! Wiegen does well with flat work and lower level dressage and goes western as well and has proven to be safe and sane trail horse. Wiegen is available only for a partial lease at this time. ** CLUE**
Clue is a beautiful registered Morgan gelding. Clue is appropriate for intermediate and advanced riders of all ages. He may be ridden either English or Western. Clue has been started over jumps and is great on trails.
